In 2000, the Alumni Board voted to create the Alumni Man of the Year Award. The criteria was simple, the recipient(s) had to exhibit the drive, spirit and dedication to the Academy either in the past or the present. These people can be parents, alumni, faculty or religious. The Board entertains nominations during the golf tournament planning meetings or if you wish to nominate someone you can contact us by emailing your choice to golf@fightingbraves.org. Any and all nominations are welcome, but we will only choose one or two for the award annually. The recipient(s) are awarded a plaque at the golf tournament dinner.
